The venue
Remenham Club sits on the Berkshire bank at Henley, opposite the regatta enclosures. It was founded in 1909 by seven rowing clubs, Thames Rowing Club among them, and it is still owned by its members.
For a fortnight each summer the club is at the centre of Henley Royal Regatta and the festival that follows it. For the rest of the year it is a clubhouse, a lawn and a stretch of river within reach of London.
What we run
Remenham is a new appointment, and we have taken on the events side of the club — enquiries, viewings, contracts, suppliers, staffing and delivery — with a named OMB team the committee can reach.
Remenham Club sits on the Berkshire bank of the Henley reach, where early July is committed well in advance. Henley Royal Regatta takes the first week — six days of racing, Tuesday to Sunday, ending on the first weekend of the month. Henley Festival follows the week after, five black-tie evenings staged on the same bank using the regatta's adapted infrastructure. Both events are organised independently, and the club's hospitality across that fortnight is covered by arrangements that predate our appointment.
Our remit covers the rest of the year — the club's own calendar, member events, and the commercial diary across the other fifty weeks.
The committee sees the diary, the pipeline and the numbers in writing, on its own meeting cycle, and holds the supplier terms we work to.

What the committee says
TODO_TESTIMONIALNothing to quote yet — the appointment is new. Once the first season has run, a quote from the chair or a committee member on what the fifty-week programme changed, and on the early-July fortnight being unaffected. With name and role.
